Refund policy
General Terms
- – We do provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as specifically stated below.
- – An unboxing video is mandatory (from start to end) to claim any issue related to damage, missing items, or defects.
- – All refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will attract a handling charge ( if it is a mistake from the customer/no unboxing video ) , as mentioned on the website or during checkout.
- – Replacements and Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.
Damaged or Defective Products
- – If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers can request a replacement.
- – The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package, seal cutting, and the product condition to validate any claim.
- – Claims without a complete and continuous unboxing video (from seal cut to fully displaying the product) will not be accepted.
Size Replacement/Exchanges
- – Before placing the order, every customer must carefully check the sizes and measurements mentioned on the product page. All sizes are provided in inches (or as specified).
- – Sizes and measurements are clearly displayed on the website for each product, and customers are strongly advised to use a measuring tape to confirm their size before purchasing. All measurements are taken manually by hand, and minor variations may occur.
- – We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for size-related issues under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the information provided.
